Rook Quest Hints

First, you should get an idea of how the quest system in Tibia works. The following describes some attributes of the quest system:

  • Quests in Tibia finally have a properly organized structure.

  • You can solve one quest only once and you cannot solve it again using the same character.

  • No one assigns you a quest and there is no limit to the number of quests you can work on at any time.

  • Some NPCs will ask you to solve the quest, but the game neither assign the quest to you, nor it will track your progress other than marking the completion of the quest.

  • You may well solve the quest even without knowing that it is a quest.

  • Contents written in some of the books will provide valuable information regarding the quests.

  • You can initiate a quest with NPCs by asking various questions. Asking for their "job", or asking for a "quest", "mission" might ignite the quest. You may repeat their prompts/answers to them to get some interesting replies. You might get responses by mentioning other keywords written in books or names/titles of other NPCs.

  • To solve some of the quests you will have to open locked doors.

  • To open locked doors you need to find keys.

  • Keys are usually located in chests, barrels, boxes or behind trees not very far from the locked door.

  • Keys/books and other quests items can only be acquired once by any character. Once the quest item or the key is acquired, you cannot get another one.

  • Solving a quest will provide you with some items.

  • These items may be the reward of the quest, or when you return these items to a particular NPC (not necessarily the NPC who assigned you the quest) will give you a reward.

Quest Reward

Tips

Rat Quest 2 gp per each rat corpse The easiest quest in Rookgaard. Go to Seymour or Tom to recieve reward. This is the only quest that can be done more than once.
Combat Knife Combat Knife Search for this in the main sewer of the town, 1st level cave.
Rapier Rapier In the main sewer of the town, in a small deep rat cave you can find this treasure, 2nd lvl cave.
Doublet Doublet Tom keeps a Doublet in his cellar, ask Tom for location.
Notebook Short Sword This is a pretty easy and simple quest. When you receive the quest, you will understand where to find the Notebook. ask Amber.
Banana Studded Shield It will be under a tree by the flowers in the eastern wilderness outside of town. Who to ask or recieve prize from - i do not know.
Platinum Coin Platinum Coin When you sell some items to NPCs, they will offer you Platinum coins. Things i know: 20 flasks or 100 bread. (note you must be at least lvl 11 to carry all that bread!)
Bear Room Brass Helmet, Chain Armor, 12 Arrows, 40gp Pick a hole (same level as the bear room), go down, get a key and open the room. Picks can be obtained from Al Dee in exchange for a small ax (spawns in a small room in main caves - only one spawns there though so be quick).
Present Box Backpack, Present Box, Jug, Plate, Cup A present box is a small box of yellow color with red bands around it. You can find it inside a chest. When you return the present box to Seymour, you will get a Legion Helmet.
Captain Iglue's Treasure Orc Language Skeletons guard Captain Iglue's treasure. You must go through 2 poison clouds in the main cave to get there and back so carry 2 Antidote runes with you. You will recive salmon from the chests, go to Amber to exchange salmon for orc language if you wish or just eat the salmon since orc language is provided for you on this site see Blind Orc.
Dragon Corpse Copper Shield and Legion Helmet Go down a hole in the bear cave and through the fire to recieve this quest. Going through all fires at once lessens the total burning (helpfull to carry life fluid with you). Be aware of placement of fire, as there is one that you can skip by sliding through diagonally (use number pad).
Katana Katana, Viking Helmet

Under graves in the western part of the wilderness. Go throught the poisen fields, loot the key from a dead body (might have to fight rotworms), go down a hole, open the door and switch your way (behind pillar) to receive the quest items.

Studded Legs Studded Legs Get the flower from the wasp tower and give it to a premium NPC to receive a pair of Studded Legs.
Temple of the Almighty Cheese 0-100 gp, 0-5 Snowballs, Sandals, Pan, Milk Go to the deepest place in the new premium area to receive the reward.
Carlin Sword Carlin Sword, 4 Poison Arrows, 12 Arrows, Fishing Rod, 40gp. Go to "Mino hell" to recieve these items from chests.
