| HP regenerates every 6 seconds (4 seconds if promoted) and MP regenerates every 12 seconds. |
| Advances faster than any other vocation in melee weapon skills (Sword, Axe, Club and Fist). |
| Advances fast in shielding skills. At the same rate as Paladins and faster than Mages. |
| Easy to play and can easily master the tactics of a Knight. |
| Doesn't have to bear an ammunition cost like other vocations. |
| Can still use some basic magic spells (such as Light Healing, Cure Poison, Berserk, Haste) and runes (UH, HMM, GFB, Explosion, Fire-Bomb and also the Convince Creature runes at a high level). |
| Once over level 60, a Knight is very stable and wouldn't die very easily. Therefore, high level Knights are called brick walls in PvP worlds. |
| A good Knight can go to an unexplored area without fear and come back alive. |
| Knights are the blockers in group hunts who receive most hits from the monsters thus protecting the weaker members of the party. |
| A Knight can go to ANY location in Tibia at a proper level. |
| Can advance in distance fighting at a reasonable speed (better than Mages). |
| Can level very fast at lower levels compared to other vocations. |

| MP regeneration is very slow. |
| Advances extremely slow in magic level. |
| Doesn't have a suitable healing spell. Light Healing only heals about 10-30 hit points and is not adequate. |
| Must choose a weapon class and it is very time consuming to switch the weapon class later. |
| Always must face the monsters and opponents thus receiving heavy damage continuously. |
| Must buy expensive weapons, shields and armor to protect themselves. |
| Must reach very high levels and skill levels to kill decent monsters, while all other vocations can solo kill decent monsters at fairly lower levels. |
| Knights must use large quantities of UH when fighting stronger monsters and thus it is more expensive for a Knight to kill strong monsters than for the other vocations. |
